Hey everyone! It has been awhile since I have been able to post on here. I have been feeling down lately and I have come to realize it is okay to be upset sometimes. The best thing is not to dwell on what is making you upset but focus your energy on positive things to lift your spirits and get yourself refocused. There are a lot of things you can do! Going to the gym is a great stress reliever, going on a long drive or walk, talking to your friends and family, turning off your phone or staying off of social media. One of my favorite things I like to do is blast music! Music has always been a huge part of my life, something that makes me feel content, like people get me. That being said, here are some playlists for when your in your feelings or just need a pick me up!
